History

Construction and renovation of the administration building housing the offices, health club, racquetball courts, and construction and renovation within the 200 building, began immediately upon closing on September 29, 1981. Construction and renovation began on the 300 Building in December 1981.

Name & Location

The apartments and timeshare unit weeks are located in the condominium known as "Players Club of Hilton Head Island". The "Club" is located at the intersection of Cordillo Parkway and DeAllyon Avenue, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina.

Fee Simple

Upon purchase, you will receive a deed and title to the property to use, sell bequeath or trade at your discretion.

Recreational Facilities

The Health Club, located in the main administration building, is available for use by both the owners and occupants of the condominiums, as well as the Players Club Staff.

Occupants will have tennis privileges on the 28 tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor) of the Van der Meer Tennis Center which is located adjacent to the Club. Membership in Van der Meer Tennis Center is not exclusive to apartment owners or occupants.
